Overview:
l Shanghai Sffiltech Co., Ltd. was founded in November, 2006 in shanghai, China by Steven Zhai
l Today, with $12Million in annual revenues, the enterprise is privately owned. Our more than 200 employees in china with the idea of Collaborative sharing, openness, win-win, sincere respect.
l Sffiltech has around 100,000 sqft factory size right now, we are building a new plant with more than 210,000 sqft, and we may make it into production in a few years later.
l Equipment: with 3 sets needle punched production, 6 sets automatic filter bag tube sewing line. Dozens of filter bag top and bottom sewing machine, automatic slitting machine, ptfe membrane machine, ptfe sewing thread making machine, ptfe felt needle punched line. Dust filter cartridge making machines. All kinds of test machines for filter felts.

Our history
Steven Zhai start Shanghai Sffiltech Co., Ltd. In 2006 in Shanghai, with one very small office in shanghai, serving customers who are looking for filter bags, filter felt, filter cage in china market. As the professional knowledge in colleague and also the working experience in dust collect filter bag’s company, Steven helped a lot of customers with high quality and economic products for them. Then with partner have our own factories soon for more orders in hand.
Now we have Jiangsu factories and also the shanghai factories.
We mainly focus on the agent customer for filter field around the world, together with the end user customer in cement, waste incineration, asphalt, spray dryer, coal mill and so on.
Any special requirement for new products is our interest. We focus on the new products research and development. As the market connection, we find a lot of chance to develop new products also.

Needle punched felt and also the fabric:
polyester felt, polypropylene felt, acrylic felt, aramid felt, P84 felt, glass-fiber fabric, PTFE felt and also the ptfe fabric, multi-fibers felt are widely used in dust separation & filtration fields. With professional treatment of water & oil repellent, antistatic, PTFE coating, Teflon latex pregnancy, PTFE membrane lamination, silicon & graphic and so on.
